This season, the collection is build on various inspirations, from Cindy Sherman’s riders on the bus, to George Sand’s infamous escapism as a female flaneur. The silhouettes play with gender bounderies, and reflect on humanity and its behaviour in public places. The construction of each garment remains most important as for all Toos Franken pieces, while there is a clear evolution in the combination of luxurious silk fabrics combined with japanese lyocell cottons. The persona of the spring summer collection are an extraordinairy symbiose of our riders on the bus.
